Rest for your Soul in Polycrisis

  • 90 mins | $35

    Sunday December 15th 1PM PST

The practices that used to sustain us no longer meet the demands of the complexity we currently face, both within ourselves and the world around us.

In this class, I will share how our care practices need to shift to meet the this moment and the collective intensity we’re living through.

We’ll explore and experience what real care looks like in these times, why rest feels so elusive, and how to create practices that truly support your system. There will be space for live questions and group coaching to help you personalize and integrate what you learn. This is an opportunity to recalibrate and discover how to regenerate —even in the midst of it all.

If you cannot make the live class you will receive the recording.

Harnessing our Anger

  •  Coming In the New Year

Anger is so misunderstood - often labeled as destructive or something to suppress. But anger is one of our most vital emotions, rich with intelligence and vitality. It has courage to make clear where personal and collective injustice lingers, and where change is calling.

In this class, we’ll explore anger not as a problem to solve but as an ecosystem to understand. Together, we’ll unpack what anger is trying to communicate, how to relate to it without fear or shame, and how to channel its power in ways that support your personal growth and collective care.

Through teaching, reflection, open conversation, and somatic exercsises we’ll make space for this often-misunderstood emotion—creating pathways for it to inform and transform your life. Whether anger feels overwhelming or elusive, this class will help you meet it with curiosity, compassion, and purpose.
