1:1 Healing Sessions
Healing sessions offering support around the unique challenges empathic leaders and healers face.
All sessions and programs use somatic practices, ritual, meditation, spirit guide and ancestral support, through the unique Brownswell Earth of my Body methodology. This process uses a relational ecosystems approach to help you gently yet powerfully re-wire burdensome patterns into sustainable regenerative ways of living and leading.
Prices include a 1:1 session as well as a monthly group coaching call at the beginning of each month for active Brownswell clients.
1:1 Healing Sessions

These sessions are for those who have spent time developing strong awareness of their persisting default early childhood patterns and thought cycles with the support of other practitioners, therapists, or healing groups. You understand but still feel yourself repeating ways of thinking and acting that create tension inside of yourself and with others. Repatterning for ease harnesses the gift of your existing patterns to establish new pathways. We work on one pattern at a time in these sessions.

These sessions offer the deep exhale you’ve been craving—a space for profound rest and restoration. Through this process, we’ll uncover your unique pathway to regeneration, so you can continue replenishing yourself even after the session ends.
