Invitation to Oasis: A Sanctuary for Justice-Led Empathic Leaders and Healers
I’m excited to share an invitation to Oasis, a new offering close to my heart.
Oasis is a sanctuary for justice-led, empathic leaders and healers who understand that healing is integral to systems change—and that healing is not solely an individual responsibility, but one that spans across collective, systemic, and ancestral layers. It’s a space for collective rest, regeneration, and reconnection on a soul level, offering a break from the chaos of the world.
As sensitive, empathic, or neurodivergent leaders and healers, you feel the weight of global and personal imbalances, the urgency of transforming broken systems, and the toll of burnout in ways that others don’t.
Oasis is a space I’ve created because I need it, and I know many others do too. It’s a container for collective healing, where we rest, reconnect, find joy, connection, and the strength to thrive in uncertain times.
A founding group:
The experience, feedback and network from this group will help shape a future membership program called Oasis that will be a space for empathic leaders and healers providing sanctuary, learning energetic skills, and community. As founding members, you will receive lifetime access to the membership.
Together, we’ll create a community that:
Regenerates: Rooted in the belief that we are the earth, we’ll live as ecosystems—resting, creating, and releasing both personally and collectively.
Restores: Through the Brownswell process, we’ll hold space for everything we carry, allowing it to digest and transform, so we can return to the world resourced and whole.
Reimagines: We’ll channel collective insight and wisdom, not just through thinking but through ritual, creativity, and connection.
Grounded in Methodology and Practice
This journey will be guided by a methodology I co-created with my dear colleague Jeevan Singh called The Earth of My Body. It draws on somatic practices, meditation, ancestral guidance, song, art, intuitive insight, connection to each other and the land.
What the program includes (planning on launching mid-March):
A virtual weekend retreat to kick off the group
One live gathering per month over 8 months (cadence and timing decided by the group).
Monthly Q&A Sessions
Follow-up meditations and resources to support the work.
A private communication space (Signal/WhatsApp or similar) to stay connected.
Life time access to Oasis membership program
Investment - includes lifetime access to the membership program in all of its iterations:
$5000 USD
a role in shaping the program by offering monthly feedback
sharing marketing materials with those in your network when Oasis becomes available to the public
Who I’m looking for:
I’m seeking a diverse group of ten founding members
across gender and race, with priority given to QTBIPOC folks with intersecting marginalized identities
healers, practitioners, facilitators, mission driven executives or CEO’s, supervisors or managers, or community leaders who have engaged in personal healing work and are integrating healing into their lives and work.
